Artcaffe Britam

The food was tasteless, the mocktail was watery no taste it was very warm.the samosas too much oil generally am disappointed

The music was supposed to be strictly soul...it wasn't....and the cocktails had more ice than liquor..given the fact that this was bought and not freely given...the cocktails should have been better..the vibe was low and most people were leaving the event.

It has been 30 mins and I am still waiting for my takeaway meal

Sent one f my office cleaner to get fries at Britam branch 30 minutes later he was still waiting unti I called and I was told they don’t have the packaging stuff. After 2 minutes he was released, I find this quite unprofessional and am thinking some bias was expressed towards my guy

Very unbothered cashier at the ground floor. Feels as if she’s forced to work

I was there for more than 20mins and no one came to attend to me..I had to actually call one of your staff told him i had been kept waitin and he was not apologetic..later after havin what i ordered i asked for a recipt from the same guy only for him to leave us unattended again and i had to actually ask for the bill at the counter...Veerry Poor and unprofessional service

Service was excellent but samosas were flat & too oily

The customer service was subpar. I was attending Kizomba. No one greeted me when I walked in and sat down. I waited for service for a long time. It's quite a different experience from my experience at ArtCaffe Yaya Center. When I ordered, I was given my beverage without any napkins. The staff barely came to see how I was doing and if I needed anything else. I am quite disappointed. If this was the first time I was coming to Artcaffe, I would not come again. The Kizomba event is truly what kept me there. It's possible your team was exhausted. In any case, this is my experience.
